Free outdoor muscle conditioning class for faculty and staff starts this week

The Wellness Program and One to One Fitness Center have partnered to offer several outdoor physical activity programs this summer for Case Western Reserve University faculty and staff members, including a free Outdoor Muscle Conditioning.

This six-week course, led by instructor Anya Marchenkaw, will be held Wednesdays from July 12 to Aug. 16. Each class will be 45 minutes long, running from 5:30 to 6:15 p.m. Participants will meet near the wind turbine next to One to One Fitness Center and Lot 53/Veale parking garage. In the case of bad weather, an inclement weather location will be communicated to participants.

In addition to body weight, some equipment provided by One to One Fitness Center will be used. Participants should bring water, sunscreen and a towel.
