Faculty and staff are invited to complete a confidential health risk assessment (HRA) this fall. The HRA, which is one of three requirements for wellness participants to earn an extra $25 per month in 2021, is available through Nov. 30. Participants will answer questions that will help them understand how they can improve or maintain their health.
After participants complete the health assessment, they will get a customized plan to help address any health risks identified.
In addition to the HRA, wellness participants will need to complete two of three of the following activities:
- A biometric screening at a Quest Patient Service Center or through a physician results form; and/or
- A tobacco attestation in HCM; and/or
- A primary care provider attestation in HCM.
Then, as long as the faculty or staff member is enrolled in a benelect health plan in 2021, they will see a $25 monthly payment in their 2021 paychecks.
