Take advantage of One to One Fitness Center’s early bird sign-up specials

Commit to your health and wellbeing in 2023. One to One Fitness Center, owned by Case Western Reserve University, has everything you need to stay motivated and succeed this year. Known for offering professional, personal, friendly and clean service, One to One Fitness is celebrating 35 years of service this year.

The fitness center is offering several New Year’s early bird sign-up specials:

  • Join by Jan. 6 and there will be no initiation fee or January dues.
  • Prepay 12 months and receive one month free.
  • Graduate students pay $24 plus tax per month through SIS for January through May (and receive summer membership free).
  • The CWRU student “Spartan Shape Up” semester membership is just $32 plus tax per month.

CWRU employees can pay monthly by payroll deduction. Case Cash also is accepted.

One to One Fitness Center membership includes access to the 28,000-square foot facility, two-level facility. Members also receive access to:

  • Free in-person and virtual group exercise classes (check out the new and expanded schedule);
  • Two full lines of selectorized machine weights;
  • A dedicated free weight room (brand new, additional equipment is arriving in January);
  • Clean locker rooms with showers, lockers, towels, dry sauna and amenities;
  • Personal training, Pilates Reformer, massage therapy and more;
  • Recovery Zone juice bar with healthy shakes and snacks, including low-calorie, low-glycemic and plant-based options; and
  • Validated parking in Lot 53.

One to One Fitness Center also is on the HEC shuttle and bus lines.
