This summer, the Wellness Program is offering “E.A.S.E. Into Peace of Mind,” a practice-based, methods-centric program.
Led by Heidi Weiker, this 12-week series is designed to harmonize participants’ bodies, minds and hearts to be more fully present.
Throughout the sessions, participants will:
- Engage in quick, high-impact movement to dump distress and expand relaxation;
- Activate breathing more deeply to cultivate calm and focused energy;
- Savor moments and experiences to create peace and comfort; and
- Elevate to lift up in delight, strengths, and joy.
Sessions will be held on Wednesdays from May 22 to Aug. 14. Each session will be held from 12:15 to 1 p.m. via Zoom.
