One to One Fitness Center is offering several self-defense training options with Dale Palumbo in the new year, including weekly group classes and one-on-one and partner training. Weekly self-defense classes
Mondays at 5 p.m.
Wednesdays at 2:30 p.m.
Fridays at 2 p.m.
This class is designed to improve your situational awareness and safety to confidently navigate your surroundings. The emphasis is on de-escalation and defusing bad situations. Participants will learn what to do should a situation escalate, using techniques rooted in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to respond effectively using leverage and structural strength from both standing and ground positions. This class is open to all fitness levels and ages.
These classes are free for One to One Fitness Center members. Guests also are welcome with drop-in, 10-pack and monthly unlimited class passes. Purchase passes online.
One-on-one and partner self-defense training
Palumbo is available for personal training to provide you with individualized attention and instruction on general self defense, belt training and anything in between. Partner training is available at 25% off individual pricing. View the pricing information.
