Prepare for an upcoming race with personalized training at One to One Fitness Center

Are you training for a race this spring? Do you want to start running this year? Has your performance plateaued or decreased, or are you ready to take it to the next level? Are you experiencing injury or misalignment with your walking or running gait?

One to One Fitness Center offers many services to help you safely set and achieve your goals, or to assist with or prevent injury. 

No matter your fitness level, you can work with certified running coaches through the following programs:

  • Gait Analysis: A coach will assess and analyze your movement patterns to identify abnormalities, inefficiencies and/or compensations that could cause injury and/or influence performance.
  • Customized race training and virtual coaching: After your initial consultation, a coach will customize an 8–24 week training program for you to be ready to perform your best on race day.
