One to One Fitness Center offers free guest weeks for students Aug. 17–30

Students can start the semester off by setting healthy habits with free guest weeks Aug. 17–30 at One to One Fitness Center. Virtual and in-person are available.

One to One Fitness Center offers 28,000 sq.ft. of cardio, machine weights and free weights, functional training, locker rooms, a juice bar and private fitness rooms. To access the center, complete the guest form online in advance and bring their valid CWRU student ID.

Information on COVID-19 procedures and FAQs are available online. 

One to One Fitness Center also will offer outdoor classes. RSVP for sessions via MINDBODY.

Students can participate in classes from anywhere in the world with virtual classes hosted through Zoom. All outdoor classes will be streamed live, in addition to virtual-only classes. Recordings of virtual classes will be viewable for 24 hours for those who register.
