Bon Appétit Management Co. will host a chicken and waffles pop-up at the Leutner and Fribley dining halls today (April 29) from 5 to 8 p.m. Start the week with this comfort food classic that will include a light and fluffy maple-infused waffle topped with crispy fried chicken and house-made sriracha-honey syrup.
The chicken and waffles dish will be available while supplies last.
