New Health Trails program kicks off Monday

Improve your fitness and enjoy healthy competition with co-workers by participating in Health Trails, a 12-week exercise incentive program.

All benefits-eligible faculty and staff are welcome to join in the fun of Health Trails, which encourages 30 minutes of physical activity five days a week. Compete on your own or on a team.

Not only will participants have a chance to win great prizes like a FitBit Flex or a CWRU workout bag, but this program also meets the physical activity requirement for participants in the 2016 Wellness Program.

Registration is open now and participants can start logging minutes on Monday, Feb. 15.
