National Walking Month challenge

One to One Fitness Center challenges the campus community to make health a priority this month with the National Walking Month challenge.

One to One challenges campus members to walk at least 10,000 steps per day or 70,000 steps per week.

Those who achieve their weekly goals will be entered for a chance to win a weekly raffle drawing.
