University Health and Counseling Services will host the first Mindful Activity Hour of the year Tuesday, Feb. 20, from 1 to 4 p.m. The featured craft will be sensory-based with DIY stress balls and mini sensory bottles. There also will be the usual mindful activities: Play-Doh, puzzles, coloring and Perler beads.
Students are encouraged to bring a friend for this afternoon of relaxation. Students are welcome to walk in and stay for any length of time.
Registration for this event is not required; registering will not guarantee students will be able to complete the featured activity. Supplies will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
