Koru Mindfulness workshops to be offered in January 2021

The Office of Student Advancement and University Health & Counseling Services will offer two Koru Mindfulness sessions in January. Koru Mindfulness is a four-session course that will teach students a wide variety of mindfulness skills in a group learning environment. These skills will help students incorporate mindfulness into their daily lives so they can experience the benefits of less stress, better sleep and improved self-compassion.

The schedule for the first session will be:

  • Tuesday, Jan. 12
  • Thursday, Jan. 14
  • Tuesday, Jan. 19
  • Thursday, Jan. 21

The second session schedule will be:

  • Wednesday, Jan. 20
  • Friday, Jan. 22
  • Wednesday, Jan. 27
  • Friday, Jan. 29

Register for the second session.

All sessions will take place from 1 to 2:15 p.m. (EST) and will be held virtually. The Zoom link will be sent after registration.

Those who register should be sure they can attend all four sessions, as registration is limited to 12 participants. This course is open to all enrolled Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland Institute of Art, Cleveland Institute of Music and Kent State University podiatry students.
