Develop your mindfulness skills

University Health and Counseling Services and the Office of Student Advancement will host another course of Koru Mindfulness starting Wednesday, April 6.

Koru Mindfulness is a four-session course intended to teach students a wide variety of mindfulness skills in a group learning environment. These skills will help students incorporate mindfulness into their daily lives so they can experience the benefits of less stress, better sleep and improved self-compassion.

Participants should make sure they can attend all four sessions. Registration is limited to 12 participants. This course is open to all enrolled CWRU, Cleveland Institute of Music, Cleveland Institute of Art and Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine students.

All sessions will be held virtually on Wednesdays, April 6–27, from 2 to 3:15 p.m. The Zoom link for each session will be sent after registration.
