Primary Care Progress, an interprofessional student group dedicated to promoting health in our community, will host Cleveland’s own “Just Walk,” a Walk with a Doc program. This program is a free monthly walk with community members, healthcare providers and health professional students to encourage healthy living through movement and improve accessibility to health.
The next walk will be held Saturday, July 2, from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Zelma Watson George Recreation Center (3155 Martin Luther King Jr Dr.). In the event of inclement weather, the walk will be held indoors.
Members of the Case Western Reserve University community can help make the program successful by talking to community members about health topics they’re studying. View the group’s CampusGroups page to find out how to get involved.
