Join One to One Fitness Center with February specials

Commit to your health in 2023 at One to One Fitness Center, which is offering February specials and has new equipment and an expanded group exercise schedule.

Classes include yoga, HIIT, cycle, Tai Chi, muscle conditioning, TRX, kettlebell, hips, buns and thighs, and more. New classes include hip hop cycle, cardio dance, synergy and the fitness center’s Friday night dance parties.

Members and guests also can access 28,000 square feet of cardiovascular, machine weight, free weight and functional training equipment, in-person, virtual and recorded group exercise classes, personal training, massage therapy, and more.
