Health Education Campus Student Code of Conduct developed

The Interprofessional Student Governance Committee, under the auspices of the Office for Interprofessional Education, Research and Collaborative Practice, has created the Health Education Campus Student Code of Conduct.

The content of the code is based on the issues that the students on the committee identified as important for how students engage with one another in the HEC. After the committee wrote the first draft, the HEC student bodies were given the opportunity to provide feedback through an anonymous Google form. The committee then reviewed the feedback and decided what modifications should be made in the code based on the student feedback. The committee has now voted to approve the code of conduct.

As mentioned in the code, suggestions for additions and revisions to the code of conduct will be accepted. Student conduct in the HEC should be guided by this code as well as the university’s COVID-19 policies.
