Get some physical activity while learning more about CWRU with a new Wellness Program series

Take a walk outside, connect with fellow faculty and staff members, and expand your awareness of the innovative and creative activities happening at Case Western Reserve University with the new Wellness Walk & Talk Series.

Walk & Talk sessions will be offered weekly during the months of June, July and August. All sessions will take place from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m.

The following sessions will be offered:

These events are open to all faculty and staff members. Those who are Monthly Wellness Incentive recipients can earn a $100 Wellness Program Incentive in the Community Well-being category for attending at least seven of the eight sessions.

Those who participate should wear comfortable shoes and bring water along. In the event of inclement weather, participants will be notified if a session is rescheduled or canceled.
