Get help starting a running routine or training for an upcoming race

Are you training for a race this spring? Do you want to start running this year? Has your performance plateaued or decreased, or are you ready to take it to the next level? Are you experiencing injury or misalignment with your walking or running gait?

One to One Fitness Center offers several services to help you safely set and achieve your goals, or to assist with or prevent injury. No matter your fitness level, you can work with our certified running coach, Jason Chuhay, through the following programs:

  • Free Running Club: Every Saturday at 8:30 a.m. at One to One Fitness Center. All levels, distances and goals are welcome. Join the running club on Strava for more information.
  • Gait Analysis: Chuhay will assess and analyze your movement patterns to identify abnormalities, inefficiencies and/or compensations that could cause injury and/or influence performance. Email onetoone@case.edu for more information or to schedule your appointment.
  • Customized race training and virtual coaching: Chuhay will customize an eight- to 24-week training program for you to be ready to perform your best on race day. Email onetoone@case.edu for more information or to schedule your appointment.
