Get healthier in 2016 with Selfhelpworks and the CWRU Wellness Program

Achieving and maintaining a healthy weight is a challenge for many.

Fortunately the free Selfhelpworks program, LivingLean, offers a chance for faculty and staff to overcome barriers to healthy eating. The program is 12 sessions long, with each session lasting about 20 minutes. With each class, participants will be given a personal empowerment strategy to work on before coming back to the next class in the series.

All Selfhelpworks programs are online. In addition, Wellness Participants can complete LivingLean for the $100 Nutrition and Weight Management Program Incentive at the end of 2016.
