121 Fitness will offer three health and fitness programs this summer for those with different goals, fitness levels and experience:
- Get Fit Together
- Couch to Confidence
- Personal Training Get Fit for Life.
The Get Fit Together series will consist of eight weekly sessions, beginning May 27. Participants have the option of joining the class Wednesdays from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. or Thursdays from noon to 1 p.m.
Get Fit Together is a series of seminars, cooking demonstrations and in-class activities that merge stress management, fitness and nutrition tips.
The Couch to Confidence program offers beginners the opportunity to meet in small groups to make them feel more comfortable and confident with a variety of different workouts. The classes will address safety, machine set-up, proper intensity duration and repetitions.
The Couch to Confidence program will be offered on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at noon.
121 Fitness will also offer personal training Get Fit for Life programs for those who want to lose weight, tone, build muscle or be more active.
