- The addition of four concentrations for the Master of Science in Civil Engineering: engineering mechanics, environmental engineering, geotechnical engineering and structural engineering;
- A new concentration in product management for the Master of Business Administration;
- Minors in business information technology, supply chain management and healthcare management at Weatherhead School of Management; and
- A Minor in Sustainable Engineering at Case School of Engineering.

Classroom Without Walls, non-degree
Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences
Apply your education beyond the classroom as you further your career in social work with the innovative Classroom Without Walls program, designed to foster learning opportunities between Master of Social Work students, faculty and community members. Courses include “Operationalizing Antiracism for Everyday Impact,” “Social Work with Death, Grief and Loss,” and “Nonprofit Ethics and Professionalism.”
Project Leadership, non-degree
Weatherhead School of Management
Take the first step toward becoming a more effective and confident leader with Weatherhead School of Management’s Project Leadership non-degree certificate. This comprehensive program is a roadmap to leading complex new initiatives with courses that include:
- “Time Management Fundamentals to Work Smarter”;
- “Change Leadership”;
- “Critical Thinking and Problem Solving for Project Leaders”; and
- “Project Management: From Concept to Plan.”
Compliance and Risk Management Online Certificate
School of Law
Gain the knowledge and skills necessary to interpret statutes, regulations and case laws with a Certificate in Compliance and Risk Management from the School of Law—which is now available through an online format. This latest offering includes new concentrations in environmental regulation and intellectual property and policy.
Students of this program will learn to design and implement compliance and risk management programs while gaining critical thinking, risk assessment and managerial skills useful within law, healthcare, business and other industries.
