Gain mindfulness skills in a group learning environment

The Office of Student Advancement and University Health and Counseling Services will offer a Koru Mindfulness series to undergraduates and graduate students in June.

Koru Mindfulness is a four-session course that will teach you a wide variety of mindfulness skills in a group learning environment. These skills will help students incorporate mindfulness into their daily lives so they can experience the benefits of less stress, better sleep and improved self-compassion.

Students should make sure that they can attend all four sessions, as registration is limited to 12 participants. The sessions will be held from 1 to 2:15 p.m. on June 2, 9, 16 and 23.

This course is open to all enrolled Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland Institute of Art, Cleveland Institute of Music and Kent State University Podiatry students.

All sessions will be held virtually; Zoom links will be sent after registration. All times are Eastern Standard.
