Gain mindfulness skills during a four-week course in April

The Office of Student Advancement and University Health and Counseling Services will host a four-session Koru Mindfulness course to teach students a wide variety of mindfulness skills in a group learning environment.

These skills will help students incorporate mindfulness into their daily lives so they can experience the benefits of less stress, better sleep and improved self-compassion.

Sessions will be held Tuesdays April 6–27 from 1 to 2:15 p.m. EST. All spring 2021 sessions will be held virtually; the Zoom link will be sent after registration.

Students are asked to make sure they can attend all four sessions, as registration is limited to 15 participants.

This course is open to all enrolled Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland Institute of Art, Cleveland Institute of Music and Kent State University Podiatry students.
