“Fresh Start: The Why and the How of Plant-Based Eating”

Faculty and staff members are invited to join the Wellness Program for a workshop titled “Fresh Start: The Why and the How of Plant-Based Eating” Friday, Nov. 17, from noon to 1 p.m. via Zoom.

Brian Hart, executive director of the Esselstyn Family Foundation, and Jane Esselstyn, an author and researcher, will lead this session, diving into the reasons a plant-based diet can address many modern health problems.

Participants will get the basic information they need to improve their diet, lose weight and address lifestyle-related diseases.
