The Wellness Program and One to One Fitness Center have partnered to offer Yoga on the Quad this summer for Case Western Reserve University faculty and staff members. Instructor Julie Brown will lead fast-paced Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes on Thursdays for 10 weeks. The sessions will begin June 6 and be held through Aug. 15 from noon to 1 p.m. outside of the Veale Convocation, Recreation and Athletic Center near the wind turbine.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat and water bottle for these outdoor workouts. Registration is not required, but those who do sign up will receive weekly reminders and weather notifications.
