The Flora Stone Mather Center for Women will kick off its new “Feel Good Fridays” monthly series with a brown bag lunch Friday, Aug. 29, in Tinkham Veale University Center, suite 248, from noon to 1 p.m. Tamsin Astor-Jack, who has a yoga health coaching company, will facilitate a session on “Managing Overstress at the Start of the Semester,” with a focus on well-being. She will discuss simple and effective habit changes that assist with stress reduction and facilitate the union of the body and mind.
Astor-Jack combines her biomedical knowledge with her experience in yoga and holistic healthcare methods.
