Enhance your stress-management skills with S.M.A.R.T. 2.0 classes

Struggling with stress either at home or at work? Faculty and staff members who previously participated in the S.M.A.R.T. (Stress Management and Resilience Training) class either in 2014 or 2015 have the chance to expand and improve their stress-management techniques and practices with S.M.A.R.T. 2.0.

This advanced class reinforces positive behaviors and offers new alternatives. Attending seven of eight classes also qualifies wellness participants for the stress-management incentive at the end of 2016.

S.M.A.R.T. 2.0 takes places on Mondays, March 14–May 9, at 1:15 p.m. in Sears Building, Room 341.

Registration is available online.
