Faculty and staff are invited to join positive psychology expert Stella Grizont for The Work Happiness Method, an eight-week series during which participants will learn how to be happier and more satisfied at work. Stella’s evidence-based, energetic, and supportive approach has helped many individuals identify clear visions for their professional paths and make plans to move forward.
This program, which will take place from noon to 1 p.m. on Tuesdays from Sept. 19 through Nov. 7 via Zoom, includes weekly live sessions, pre and post assessments, worksheets, access to class recordings, and gentle reminders to help participants stay on track. Monthly Wellness Incentive recipients who participate in at least seven of the eight sessions can earn a $100 Wellness Program Incentive in the Stress Management category for this series.
