Eight-week stress-management training series available to all faculty and staff

As part of the Employee Wellness Program, Case Western Reserve University offers Stress Management and Resilience Training (S.M.A.R.T.) programs.

During the new, eight-week interactive workshop series created by the Connor Integrative Medicine Network at University Hospitals, attendees will learn how to effectively manage stress and improve overall health and wellbeing. Led by experienced stress-management specialists, each workshop will focus on evidence-based strategies for building stress resilience and proactively coping with stressors.

Participants in the Employee Wellness Program can participate in the workshop series to earn a $100 incentive, but the program also is open to all members of the campus community.
