Bon Appétit Management Co. will jost a “Beyond the Table” pop-up event today (March 27) from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the Tinkham Veale University Center. Held in recognition of National Nutrition Month, this event will allow members of the Case Western Reserve University community to explore the health benefits of gardening and learn tips and tricks to foster strong plant growth.
Representatives of the University Farm also will provide basil seed and soil, which will be compost that comes directly from food waste at dining halls.
