The final Barbecue on the Quad this summer, featuring an Asian theme, will be held Wednesday, July 31, from 11:30 a.m.to 1:30 p.m. outside of Tomlinson Hall.
Each meal will be $8.50 for one protein and includes sides, iced tea or lemonade, ice water, and ice cream. An extra protein can be purchased for $3.50. Ice cream only will be $2 and bottled water or a can of soda can be purchased for $1.50.
The menu features a szechuan beef hamburger, teriyaki salmon burger and kimchee vegetables with a bao bun on the grill. The menu also will include Asian rice noodle salad, a spinach and vegetable salad with Yuzu vinaigrette, stir fry vegetables and house lo mein. The condiment station will have kimchee, wasabi aioli, Sriracha mayonnaise, sliced cucumbers, sliced tomato, leaf lettuce and Asian pear slaw.
The rain site location for the barbecue will be in Tomlinson Marketplace.
