Construction to impact pedestrian paths on campus this summer

Beginning Monday, May 20, the Medical Center Company will install chilled water pipes along Bellflower Avenue, extending from Tinkham Veale University Center’s north entrance stairs to approximately the crosswalk by the Peter B. Lewis Building.

This work will take place along the south side of the street directly under the sidewalk, which will be closed and demolished—with detour signs posted. At the Guilford House, the project will turn south, be routed in front of the Guilford House building and eventually end at the Church of the Covenant, crossing the parking lot.

This project will continue through the summer and is expected to be completed in late August.
