One to One Fitness Center will hold a free guest day Sunday, June 16, for Father’s Day. Everyone is welcome with a photo ID. Guests can check out the center’s new upgrades, including a 17-piece Hoist machine weight circuit, ew functional training area and the bright paint job of the fitness area.
Additionally, Next Level Fitness Studio will host $5 Father’s Day classes open to everyone. Individuals can participate in a restorative yoga session at 11 a.m., HIIT at 12:30 p.m. or Urban Beats Cycle at 2:30 p.m. Reserve your spot in one of the classes.
