The University Wellness Program for faculty and staff is partnering with Health Enhancement Systems, the organization that provides challenges like Walktober, to offer a two-week pilot of a new challenge called Good Nurtured.
Good Nurtured raises awareness of the mental, emotional, and physical health benefits of kindness, civility, and graciousness by encouraging participants to select and engage in various “Good Things” activities that are the most important to them. Each “Good Thing” that participants record adds a new element to a whimsical, animated scene.
Benefits-eligible employees are invited to participate in the pilot, which takes place Dec. 9–20. All activities are completed at your own pace online. Registration closes Dec.11.
