University Health & Counseling Services and the University Wellness Program are partnering to offer the Case Western Reserve community (students, staff and faculty) a 4-week Healthy Habits Challenge that begins today, March 4.
This challenge has four parts, where participants will build on each healthy habit with a new one at the start of each week. Week one will focus on hydration. Thereafter, the weeks will focus on nutrition, physical activity, and mental health. At the end of each week, participants will be asked to complete a brief survey logging their behaviors and reflecting on how the week’s new and ongoing activities made them feel.
UH&CS and the Wellness Program team will raffle off prizes associated with that week’s habit at the end of each week. If you want a chance to win that week’s prize, you must complete and submit the survey at the end of the week. Participants can earn additional raffle entries by engaging with the challenge on social media. All those who register will receive further details before the start of the challenge.
Register on CampusGroups using the links below. Registering for week one will automatically register you for the subsequent weeks. If you miss the first week, you are still welcome to register for and participate in subsequent weeks of the challenge.
