Case Western Reserve University’s One to One Fitness Center invites members of the community to visit the center during its free and discounted guest weeks. Access to the fitness center will be free or discounted for specific groups each week.
Aug. 21-27
Students can get free access weekdays before 5 p.m. and on the weekends. After 5 p.m. on weekdays, admission costs $5.
Aug. 28–Sept. 3
Students and employees can get free access weekdays before 5 p.m. and on the weekends. After 5 p.m. on weekdays, admission costs $5.
Sept. 4–10
Everyone, including students, employees and the public, can access One to One Fitness Center for $5.
Wednesday, Sept. 6: Annual Open House Cookout
The community also is invited to One to One Fitness Center’s annual Open House Cookout Wednesday, Sept. 6, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., or while food lasts. The event will feature free food, music, vendor and information tables, and local animal rescues with adoptable pets.
Those who participate in the guest weeks will have access to cardio equipment, two full machine weight circuits, a dedicated free weight room, functional training areas, and locker room amenities, including towels, lockers, sauna, and more. In-person group exercise classes are included if space is available. Online registration for classes will not be available.
Validated parking is available in Lot 53. One to One is just a five-minute shuttle ride from the Health Education Campus.
