Yoga for Stress Reduction

The Wellness and Health Ambassadors at CWRU will host a free yoga class on Wednesday, March 4, from 6 to 7 p.m. in the Thwing Ballroom. All skill levels are welcome. 

Attendees are requested to bring their own mat or towel if possible. The class is free for all CWRU, CIA and CIM students.
