The westbound Euclid Avenue curb lane at Adelbert Road will be closed all day due to extreme rain alongside construction work. The lane is not safe for vehicular traffic.
University Circle Police Department officers will be on scene today to assist with traffic flow.
The lane is expected to be reopened Tuesday, Nov. 21, at 6 a.m.
