University Health and Counseling Services and the Office of Multicultural Affairs will collaborate on a Wellness Wednesday event on the topic of healthy sleep. Case Western Reserve University students are invited to this engaging conversation on the importance of healthy sleep habits and how those habits can have a positive influence on their grades, and overall health and well-being.
This event will be held Oct. 18 from noon to 1 p.m. in Sears Library Building, Room 409.
