Mental health is critical for optimal daily functioning, yet the last few years have led many to experience diminished mental well-being. The Wellness Program will offer a nine-week series titled “Mental Health Matters” for benefits-eligible faculty and staff members.
The series will begin Thursday, April 6, from noon to 1 p.m. via Zoom.
Participants will learn more about managing change, preventing burnout, dealing with anger and fear, mindful leadership, and developing a courage toolkit.
