This summer, faculty and staff are invited to prioritize their mental wellbeing by focusing on behaviors that boost happiness, create calm, sharpen focus, prioritize purpose and increase energy.
The Wellness Program will offer the eight-week online program, Renew. Participants are invited to try 10 small activities a week, like exercising in the morning, gratitude journaling or playing with pets. Each time an activity is recorded, a portion of a serene scene is revealed on the Renew website or in the app. Once all portions of the scene are revealed, that scene comes alive allowing participants to feel like they are relaxing in nature.

By focusing on small habit changes or new fulfilling experiences, faculty and staff will feel refreshed and ready for the semester to come.
