Wellness Program offers 8-week Healthy Lifestyle Boot Camp

As a way to consolidate those healthy New Year’s resolutions, the CWRU Wellness Program offers faculty and staff the eight-week Healthy Lifestyle Boot Camp.

With support from a health coach, the small group will discuss topics related to a healthy lifestyle, such as nutrition, physical activity and sleep. Class time will be devoted to goal setting and problem solving.

Offered by partners at University Hospitals’ Connor Integrative Health Network, this class can be used to earn the Community Wellness Program Incentive.

Last year, 100% of the participants who completed the post-program survey said this program was helpful or very helpful in both their home and personal lives. The class will begin Tuesday, Jan. 21, in the Tinkham Veale University Center Gaming Room from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m.

Participants are asked to register in advance.
