Faculty and staff will have the chance to informally gather to relax and participate in stress-busting activities at tomorrow’s Wellness Pop-Up Event.
Attendees can create chalk art, toss a Frisbee, hula hoop and wind down at the event. Case Western Reserve University’s wellness team will host the event Wednesday, July 19, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tinkham Veale University Center patio.
The Wellness Program and 121 Fitness Center will partner to offer seated massages at the event. Massages also will be offered Aug. 2 at Tinkham Veale University Center. To sign up for a massage on either day, visit case.edu/wellness/resources/seated-massage/.
Attendees also can grab a healthy lunch while at Tinkham Veale University Center.
In case of inclement weather, the event will be held at The Commons area inside the Tinkham Veale University Center.
