No matter which side of the aisle you are on, these are stressful times. With the pandemic and the upcoming election, it is easy to feel anxiety and stress. Faculty, staff and students are encouraged to take advantage of a variety of offerings in the coming days and weeks to manage stress.

- “Self-Care in Times of Uncertainty”—Wednesday, Nov. 4, at 1 p.m.
- “Communication Strategies During Difficult Times”—Friday, Nov. 6, at noon
- “Stress Management for Turbulent Times”—Tuesday, Nov. 10, at 10 a.m.
Five upcoming Mindfulness Hours with guided meditation practice also will be held in the coming weeks.
