Weatherhead School’s John Paul Stephens co-authors piece on mindfulness in the workplace

Earlier this year, John Paul Stephens, associate professor of organizational behavior, co-authored a piece published in the Journal of Applied Psychology titled “The Costs of Mindfulness at Work: The Moderating Role of Mindfulness in Surface Acting, Self-Control Depletion, and Performance Outcomes.”

The piece examined mindfulness in the workplace and potential costs.
