The Virtual Benefits & Wellness Fair will be held from Monday, Nov. 9, to Friday, Nov. 20. In light of the pandemic and social distancing requirements, the university is converting the annual Benefits Fair into a Virtual Benefits & Wellness Fair.
Each November, during open enrollment, the fair provides faculty and staff with the opportunity to connect with benelect insurance carrier representatives. This year’s Virtual Benefits & Wellness Fair will uphold this in an online format. Employees will have access to live webinars, be able to ask questions in real time during working hours, access a multitude of resources and participate in a daily raffle—all from the comfort of their home or office.
For a chance to win a raffle prize, employees must register online on the Virtual Benefits & Wellness Fair website with their CWRU Network ID up to once per day during the period of Nov. 9 through Nov. 20. The link for the Virtual Benefits & Wellness Fair will be provided at a later date.
Employees needing additional assistance with enrolling in benefits can set up an appointment with the HR Service Center. Employees should contact the HR Service Center by emailing AskHR@case.edu or calling 216.368.6964. Employees visiting campus must complete the Daily Health Attestation Form before arriving and have their CWRU ID card with them. The HR Service Center is located in Crawford Hall, Room 320.
The 2021 Benelect Guide along with updated benefit information will be available online soon. Medical Mutual (MMO) will be the university’s sole insurance plan administrator for the 2021 calendar year. To assist faculty and staff who will be newly enrolling in Medical Mutual for 2021, MMO has set up a dedicated website for CWRU employees. In addition, a dedicated customer service number (877.480.3110) is available to assist employees who will be new to Medical Mutual. Given this is a significant change for those currently with Anthem, the university and Medical Mutual will host open information sessions later this month and throughout open enrollment. Registration information will be available in The Daily and on the Human Resources website.
