Benefits-eligible faculty and staff can use SelfHelpWorks, an online training tool, to help them accomplish their wellness goals.

The tool offers programs for:

  • Weight loss,
  • Smoking cessation,
  • Stress and resilience,
  • Diabetes care,
  • Drinking control and
  • Starting a walking program. 

These self-paced programs typically take six to eight weeks to complete.
