Benefits-eligible faculty and staff can use SelfHelpWorks, an online training tool, to help them accomplish their wellness goals.
The tool offers programs for:
- Weight loss,
- Smoking cessation,
- Stress and resilience,
- Diabetes care,
- Drinking control and
- Starting a walking program.
These self-paced programs typically take six to eight weeks to complete.
