Interested in joining a campus media group? Join the University Media Board for its open house during community hour Friday, Sept. 2, from 12:30 to 2 p.m. in the University Media Board office in the basement of Thwing Center.
The University Media Board is made up of nine student organizations committed to student expression and the advancement of college media:
- The Athenian, a humor magazine;
- Case Reserve Review, a literary magazine
- Discussions, the undergraduate research journal at CWRU;
- Film Society;
- The Observer;
- Retrospect Yearbook;
- SPARC [conversations], a student-run speaker series;
- Rough Rider Productions; and
- WRUW 91.1 FM.
All nine organizations will be at the open house to show you their space, talk more about their organizations and let you know how to get involved.
Free pizza will be provided.
