University Health and Counseling Services offers all pathways to recovery support program for students

University Health and Counseling Services will offer the “I’m Fine, It’s Fine, Everything is Fine” program this fall, with meetings held both in person and virtually.

Meetings will be held Mondays from 8 to 9 p.m. in Thwing Center, Room 224.

“I’m Fine, It’s Fine, Everything’s Fine” is an all pathways to recovery support meeting. The meetings start with a 10–30-minute session of guided meditation followed by a discussion and/or a guest speaker. This support group will focus on topics such as codependency, acceptance, life skills and building coping tools. Students also will be able to contribute their own ideas for topics the group will discuss.

If you are looking to attend virtually, Zoom information will be provided upon registration. Register on CampusGroups, or by going to the University Health and Counseling website.
